It is 80 gabillion degrees outside (converting from Standard EAP units to Farenheit = 105 degrees). I’m not a big fan of iced coffee drinks, as I really enjoy coffee piping hot and strong enough to sit up and bark (with some almond milk and sugar, just to make it a proper breakfast). But this heat it makes my brainz to melt. So I’ve been enjoying this simple delight:
Ice + coffee + almond milk + a touch of maple syrup.
The maple syrup gives it a slightly carmelly flavor that isn’t overwhelming or cloying.
