Unintentionally funny inter-species interactions! Sorry this photo is all out of focus and all, but it was the only one of several that I was able to take that captured the tail and the fish.
I have no idea how she didn’t realize that her tail was in the water!
Finding a tiny ladybug nymph on a huge plant (tower of jewels). And being able to snap its picture 🙂
Clean, shiny desk. Really helps the brain function, doesn’t it? Even gave the keyboard a scrub!
Took this pic a couple of weeks ago.
Not having a cold! It’s so nice not to be a snot monster any more!
I did NOT step in the cat hork that was left in front of the bathroom door. It’s a miracle! I had managed to not step in it in spite of walking several times over the same area where it was located. I feel so lucky I could take on the world! (If you have pets, you know what I’m talking about! 🙂 )
This begonia, which was given to me by my son for mother’s day when he was in first grade. It got frostbitten when I left it outside one evening in December. Hey, it’s CA, we’re generally not used to having frost days! But it’s growing back nicely, for which I am very glad.
Apparently my mom still has a begonia my brother gave her when he was in 1st or second grade, which makes it over 30 years old. She said the trick is to keep it in the same pot, but change out the soil every 3 or 4 years or so.
Watching Futurama with my son, seeing him give in to waves of mirth so powerful he literally rolls on the floor laughing and gasping. Which I find funnier than what’s actually going on in the movie.
